Under his strategic leadership, the company has successfully delivered 1,200+ km of critical infrastructure across India’s most challenging terrains, earning trust from premier organizations like NHIDCL, NHAI, and BRO.

With over 25 years of diverse experience spanning highways, bridges, hydro power, and metro projects, Mr. Yashpal Sharma has played a pivotal role in shaping some of India’s most significant infrastructure works. Beginning his career in planning and monitoring, he later expanded his expertise into contracts and operations, gaining a holistic understanding of the industry.
Under his leadership, Oasis Projects Limited has successfully delivered marquee projects such as the Una–Bihru Road, Char Dham Yatra projects, the Kiratpur–Kurali Flyover, and several critical border connectivity roads of national importance.

Shri. Jawala Prasad Sharma, Vice President – Tendering & Business Development, is a seasoned leader with 35 years of experience in the construction industry. He has spearheaded tendering, business development, and execution of major infrastructure projects including tunnels, dams, hydropower, highways, bridges, metro depots, and high-rise buildings. Having held senior roles in leading firms such as Patel Engineering Ltd, HCC, AFCONS, Valecha and Sam India Built well Pvt. Ltd, Shri. Sharma has successfully secured numerous prestigious projects, establishing himself as a visionary strategist and trusted authority in infrastructure development.
